The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser.

Lots once knocked down remain at risk of the purchaser.
No goods may be removed until paid for.

Alle goedere word voetstoots verkoop.
Goedere wat toegeken is, bly op risiko van die koper.
Geen goedere mag verwyder word voordat dit betaal is nie.
